• Ham Hock Terrine, with fresh piccalilli, rocket, balsamic glaze and crouton
• Beetroot Gravlax, with a lemon and dill dressed salad

MAINS

• Traditional Roasted Breast of Turkey, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, pig in blanket, stuffing ball served with jus
• Grilled Salmon, seasonal winter vegetables, dill and white wine sauce
• Vegetable Tart, served with potatoes, vegetables, sauce (V)
